The sizzler steak is cut from the bottom sirloin, right at the hip. Full of flavor, this steak is an economical choice compared to loin cuts. It can be "toothier" due to its location near the big, working muscles. Therefore, a good marinade and a quick sear is the best way to prepare these cuts.
