Sirloin is fantastic for marinating, grilling, pan-searing...and truly is a great versatile cut of meat that can be prepared any way you want. For maximum juiciness on any sirloin steak, don’t cook past medium. This cut is great as a simple meal or can be dressed up with extra fancy sides.
