Our hogs are fed a high-quality corn and soybean diet and are raised in a wide open pasture! Our shares of pigs will be going in for processing on August 12, 2026. Meat will be ready approximately 2 weeks later.

Customers will be able to select their cuts with our processor, Byron Center Meats.

Current price for a share of pork is $2.75/lb hanging weight for a whole pig, plus a processing fee. Most pigs finish out between 200–250 pounds hanging weight. There is typically a 55%-60% yield.
